Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part Time Nights
12 Hour Shifts
7p-7:30a Night Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at North Lake Care Center, a premier provider of sub-acute medical care, Rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in Lake Park, Florida. As an LPN at North Lake Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to "Setting Standards in Home Health Care."
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and injections under the supervision of a registered nurse
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and their families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
About the Role:
As a part-time LPN, you will work 12-hour shifts on nights and be an integral part of our dedicated team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of patients and families, providing compassionate and personalized care. Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
1 year of experience as an LPN
