In this on-site role, you will provide expert lactation support and education to mothers, infants, and families in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include lactation assessment, individualized breastfeeding care plans, bedside teaching, and group education. You will partner closely with nurses, physicians, and allied staff to improve breastfeeding outcomes and support safe discharge planning.
