Responsibilities Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently Complete basic reports and required paperwork Work closely with your team to keep production moving Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules Take responsibility for your safety and your crew’s Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability—show up ready to work Team player with a safety‑first mindset Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required) Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we’ll provide if needed) Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test Work Conditions Rotating shifts, 10–12 hours per day Overtime paid after 40 hours Steady, site‑based work with long‑term opportunities Daily Living Out Allowance (LOA) as applicable Health, wellness benefits, and 401(k) matching Additional Information Ledcor Heavy Civil and Mining services reach across the lifespan of a mine, from facility construction, to full‑scale contract mining of coal, minerals, or metals, all the way to mine reclamation.
