Key Skills & Expertise We're Looking For
Requirements Engineering: Expertise in creating clear, testable BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases , and Acceptance Criteria .
Vendor & Scope Management: Experience acting as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
UAT & Training Coordination: Hands-on experience driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , writing test scripts, and creating training plans/job aids.
Production Support & Issue Triaging: Strong problem-solving skills to reproduce bugs, analyze log files, and document steps-to-reproduce for technical teams.
Position Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an IT/ITS Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
